I'm an integrative counsellor based in Shrewsbury but I also offer online, phone and email counselling. I'm accredited with the BACP and have a Master of Science is psychological trauma. Prior to my masters I trained as a person-centred counsellor and have recently completed a years training in gestalt therapy. I am also a trained practitioner of the rewind technique for PTSD, and offer psychedelic integration therapy.
