It's helpful to let me know a little bit about the problem, even if it's as vague as 'feeling down'. However, if you would rather wait until the session that's ok too.
For in-person therapy I am based at the Roy Fletcher Centre, 17 College Hill, Shrewsbury, SY1 1JE. This is in the town centre, a few mins walk from the nearest bus stop, and about 10mins walk from the train station. There is disabled access but please let me know if you are a wheelchair user as the room is small and I will need to move one of the chairs.
There is no parking at the centre but there are several carparks and some street parking within a few minutes walk. I can email you a map of the options if you need it.
